ABOUT THIS PROJECT
This project’s goal is to engineer and construct the section between Madera and Merced. Once constructed, this segment will connect the other regions and allow for a full high speed rail line to travel from San Francisco to San Diego. Terravanta’s scope includes 13 locations along the South Segment, and spans just over 6 miles of the new track. By utilizing Bentley OpenRoads drafting software, we’re able to capture and convey profile data about the impacted areas including all future required construction, both for new and existing utility owners.

Numerous communities will benefit from a faster, more environmentally sustainable, and reliable form of public transportation while saving time and carbon emissions. This new rail that runs all throughout California will allow for a more efficient means to explore, learn, and create new communities.
