Founder & CEO
Illary Archilla is an engineer, environmentalist, and socially conscious entrepreneur who began her professional career in the automotive industry before transitioning to the utility sector. She has held different positions in the energy industry: from customer service, where she managed demand response, to technical assistance and thermal energy storage programs, to transmission and distribution. She has overseen budgets in excess of $150 million and lead various types of large-scale construction projects, including load growth, infrastructure replacements, power interconnections, and new facilities.
Randy Britt

Randy Britt is a LEED Accredited Professional (LEED AP) and an Envision Sustainability Professional (ENV SP) with Project Management Certification (PMC) and is globally recognized as a professional in all areas of sustainability, leading sustainability strategies, initiatives, and programs across the US, Central America, South America and the Middle East. He has more than 40 years of experience in developing and managing large programs in the sustainability areas of electric and natural gas energy conservation, water use maximization, energy-efficient building design and operations, renewable energy, energy storage, resilience, and climate adaptation

Vicky Cervino is a successful high skilled Project Controls professional with over 10 years of experience across the US in project controls, finance and accounting, supporting projects up to $875 million. She has expertise in the energy, transit and construction industries. She has supported utilities projects, and she is familiar with construction environmental requirements and its relations with costs.

Mark Rogers is a professional with over 30 years of experience in environmental compliance and construction projects for commercial, federal, and private clients across the US. He has expertise in Construction management, project management, business development, field studies, design recommendations, and report preparation, as well as experience with value engineering, field tasks, QA/QC, risk management, budgeting, scheduling, and project management.
Kaixin Yu
Project Analyst
Kaixin Yu is a 2023 Robotics Engineering graduate from UCSC, currently working as a Project Analyst at Terravanta Inc. In her role, she manages payroll, invoicing for projects and contractors, tracks timesheets, and facilitates the mentorship and internship programs. She also assists with various operational tasks, ensuring smooth project execution. Kaixin brings a strong educational and professional background, including certifications in Project Management from GetVirtual, Web Design from freeCodeCamp, and mentorship training from Mentor Collective.

Martin Camargo is a seasoned Sustainability, Infrastructure, and Electrification Director, and a highly accomplished LEED® Accredited Professional with over 20 years of experience spanning the energy, sustainability, engineering, and construction industries. With a strong background in Mechanical and Electrical Engineering, Martin provides strategic guidance, technical expertise, and logistical management across all project phases, including planning, engineering, design, procurement, construction, startup, and commissioning.
Ted Estes
Senior Scheduler
Ted Estes is an experienced Project Controls and Scheduling Specialist with extensive expertise in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project. With decades of experience across nuclear, solar, fossil fuel, telecommunications, and electrical transmission and generation industries, he has played a pivotal role in managing complex scheduling and implementation efforts on large-scale infrastructure projects worldwide.
