Illary Archilla is an engineer, environmentalist, and socially conscious entrepreneur who began her professional career in the automotive industry before transitioning to the utility sector. She has held different positions in the energy industry: from customer service, where she managed demand response, to technical assistance and thermal energy storage programs, to transmission and distribution. She has overseen budgets in excess of $150 million and lead various types of large-scale construction projects, including load growth, infrastructure replacements, power interconnections, and new facilities.

Randy Britt

Randy Britt is a LEED Accredited Professional (LEED AP) with Project Management Certification (PMC) and is globally recognized as a professional in all areas of sustainability, leading sustainability strategies, initiatives, and programs across the US, Central America, South America and the Middle East. He has more than 40 years of experience in developing and managing large programs in the sustainability areas of electric and natural gas energy conservation, water use maximization, energy-efficient building design, renewable energy, energy storage, and resilience.

Vicky Cervino

Vicky Cervino is a successful high skilled Project Controls professional with over 10 years of experience across the US in project controls, finance and accounting, supporting projects up to $875 million. She has expertise in the energy, transit and construction industries. She has supported utilities projects, and she is familiar with construction environmental requirements and its relations with costs.

Brian Vu

Brian Vu is a Telecommunications Specialist with Terravanta Inc. With over 8 years of experience, he has been involved with many aspects of the telecom sector. From drafting low level designs to quality assurance, network construction, and large-scale network design, Brian has proven that he is adaptable and versatile. Brian has worked with many different titans of the telecommunication industry and overseen placement of hundreds of miles of fiber cable, connecting a multitude of communities.

He has expertise in Construction management, project management, business development, field studies, design recommendations, and report preparation, as well as experience with value engineering, field tasks, QA/QC, risk management, budgeting, scheduling, and project management.

Dexter Harris

Dexter Harris is a seasoned Mechanical Engineer with over 22 years of experience in the energy and infrastructure sectors. Throughout his career, he has worked with a diverse range of industry leaders, including Georgia Power Company, Duke, FPL, Xcel Energy, JEA, Progress Energy, Southern California Edison, PGE, ComEd, ConEd, TMPA, First Energy, AEP, TVA, PHI, ACE, PPL, Greystone Power, Marietta Power, Savannah Electric, and many more. His extensive expertise covers substations, transformers, breakers, switches, capacitors, surge arrestors, grounding systems, cables, and battery installations.

Kaixin Yu

Kaixin Yu is a 2023 Robotics Engineering graduate from UCSC, currently working as a Project Analyst at Terravanta Inc. In her role, she manages payroll, invoicing for projects and contractors, tracks timesheets, and facilitates the mentorship and internship programs. She also assists with various operational tasks, ensuring smooth project execution. Kaixin brings a strong educational and professional background, including certifications in Project Management from GetVirtual, Web Design from freeCodeCamp, and mentorship training from Mentor Collective.

Martin Camargo

Martin Camargo is a seasoned Sustainability, Infrastructure, and Electrification Director, and a highly accomplished LEED® Accredited Professional with over 20 years of experience spanning the energy, sustainability, engineering, and construction industries. With a strong background in Mechanical and Electrical Engineering, Martin provides strategic guidance, technical expertise, and logistical management across all project phases, including planning, engineering, design, procurement, construction, startup, and commissioning.

Diego Castro

Diego Castro is a Construction Inspector with a robust background in construction and a comprehensive list of industry certifications. He has worked in a diverse range of industries, from oil and gas to construction. His specialty is in public works, infrastructure, and commercial projects. Diego brings deep expertise in civil structures, materials testing, code compliance, and quality assurance across a wide range of construction disciplines.

Certified in ACI Field Grade I, APNGA Nuclear Gauge Safety, and multiple ICC specialties, including Earthwork, Reinforced and Prestressed Concrete, Structural Masonry, and Steel & Bolting, and supporting both QA and QC functions, with a strong command of ASTM, Caltrans, and Greenbook specifications. Diego ensures that every phase of construction meets rigorous standards. Diego’s hands-on experience spans high-profile projects such as the Metro Purple Line Extension, LAX People Mover, and Caltrans I-5 El Toro Road improvements.

Ted Estes

Ted Estes is an experienced Project Controls and Scheduling Specialist with extensive expertise in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project. With decades of experience across nuclear, solar, fossil fuel, telecommunications, and electrical transmission and generation industries, he has played a pivotal role in managing complex scheduling and implementation efforts on large-scale infrastructure projects worldwide.
