ABOUT THIS PROJECT

This project is part of the Strategy Division for Catalina Island and Big Creek, supporting Southern California Edison’s energy strategy by coordinating and aligning multiple energy and infrastructure projects into a unified program. The project involves complex project controls and strategic coordination for various energy projects, integrating timelines to meet SCE’s long-term strategic objectives. It also oversees the financial aspects of the Catalina Grant Program, securing reimbursement from the Los Angeles Department of Water and Power (LADWP) for over $10 million in project expenditures to support continued development of energy initiatives on Catalina Island. The program’s success demonstrates Terravanta’s ability to handle large-scale, multi-stakeholder projects efficiently.
