ABOUT THIS PROJECT

This project involved the decommissioning of a 1.2 MW Fuel Cell (natural gas feedstock) at California State University, San Bernardino (CSUSB). The CSUSB project scope included the management of subcontractors and coordination of a diverse team consisting of civil, structural, electrical, environmental, and geotechnical engineers, along with project managers and legal teams to decommission the fuel cell and its power / coms / water / natural gas connections to the existing HVAC plant. Terravanta’s team managed various aspects of the project, ensuring adherence to environmental standards and safety regulations, while also implementing a new project closeout process for efficient documentation and compliance.
