ABOUT THIS PROJECT
Terravanta provided Project Management services for Symbio North America’s multi-phased facility improvements in Temecula, CA. Services included Planning Support, Coordinating Building Department Efforts, Procurement of Professional Design Services, Engineering and Design QC Reviews, and Overseeing Building Contractors. Overall, the project included 33,650 ft2 of Lobby, General Office, Conference Rooms, Laboratories, Validation Rooms, Service Bays, Hydrogen Storage Facilities, Utility Rooms, Maternity Rooms, Restrooms, Lockers and various other support areas. The project was funded by the California Energy Commission (CEC).
